too bad i cant get a 0 star for this place, this place is all about that $$$$, they try to push what they have on you...
I came across platniumcarsusa by accident and it was honestly the best thing ever!!!! I met with Leo figuereo and he was just so friendly and he literally bent over backwards to get me the car I wanted within the budget I had to work with! He had great knowledge on all the cars and excellent customer service skills! I had a little miscommunication about what time to come pick up the car I had purchased and when I came the car was 3rd in line and wouldn't be ready for 5 hours..... but Leo made a phone call and worked his magic and made sure my car would be worked on right away and In an hour they delivered my car! I left with full satisfaction and I would highly recommend platniumcarsusa to everyone!!!!

Wouldn't even give 1 star but had too so i could write a review please avoid this place don't make the same mistake i did. They say one thing but honestly its another. Like when i went to make down payment on my car was told rear view mirror was being fixed and was @ford they took over 2 weeks to finally call me to pick up car wen i did the 1st thing i notice mirror still broken car is nasty inside and out and all they can give is excuses and told me to bring back car to fix but wen got there for car to be fix @the time and day they told me there was no one to be found neither did they answer any of the phone numbers i had for them Stay away please its a head ache you dont want to deal with oh and my car had no inspection sticker and its almos 3000 miles over oil change
The people at this place work very hard to give great customer service, they have a great selection of cars and the delivery of your car is fast and easy. I highly recommend this place!
