This review is strikly based on laundry services provided to my mom and personal impressions provided! When someone walks into your place of business an hour before you are supposed to close and you drive off like they don't matter, this is why your STAR rank gets LOW! MOM- "I go there because I LOVE the BIG DRYERS & the NO hand automatic door. I kindly asked if the woman working there if she would put it on? The woman proceeded to say that the power shuts off at 10:00 P.M. the laundrymat closes at 11:00 p.m. MY MOM- I'm 63 years old and I have back problems! This worker DID NOT HELP- NOTE TO Management- Lowell MA Resident-
Car was charged me 3x because of a slow card reader then gave no water. None of the contact numbers or emails for this business work and nobody was on site to help. Basically got robbed $15
Worse car wash ever. I paid $12 to clean my car and I got the car same no obvious change.
The car wash seems new, staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. I was in on a Wednesday morning and both men working that day were very helpful. I am going to buy the unlimited monthly package right? I would've given 5 stars but after a certain time at night when I went to use the self service car wash after putting the money in and part way thru my wash the lights shut off cuz they're on a timer but I couldn't see what I was doing . I will be really happy to buy the monthly package this afternoon.
The drive-up vacuum I put my money into had no suction at all. Barely held my hand when I blocked the mouth of the wand. Clearly it was clogged, or the bag was full up. I spent 5 minutes walking around looking for someone to report this to, but the place seems mostly self-service and I found no one.
