Update to the previous review down to 1 star now. They said the delivery would be Monday following week and the truck just arrived with no furniture on it. I call customer service they say they can’t do anything about it. I have taken a day off work for this and will probably have to do so again. Completely unprofessional and bad. No help from customer service regarding same day expedited delivery. Have to wait 2 more days. Very bad service. Not sure if the product itself would be up to mark.
Just wanted to give Monica, our sales associate at the Bob's in Lowell, MA a great review. She was very helpful without being pushy or aggressive. We had a great experience. She was knowledgeable about all of the products and helped us make a smart decision for our new mattress. We even bought the motorized frame to help with our health issues.
