I had to go into the parts department on an errand for my husband yesterday. He kindly left me the piece that I needed to possibly replace with another. As I entered the parts department there were two guys just hanging out at the counter and another behind the counter. I was not approached or asked what I needed help with. So I stood there and initiated the reason for my visit. The guy that I explained my issue to blatantly laughed in my face and looked over at the other two guys to engage them in his humor. I was told that the wheel can't be reinvented!!! Talk about pompous comment! I took my part with me and I WILL NEVER step foot in this store again nor recommend them to any one needing help with a plumbing part.
