DeMoulas rocks. Good people. Great prices. Worked at the Tewksbury warehouse for 8 years. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
Old school supermarket compared to the newer Market Baskets out there. This one reminds me more the Demoulas feel than being a full sized Market Basket. In the end the staff is very nice, the place is packed with all the things you need & there is a lot of parking with other good stores in the plaza to support it.
I avoid shopping at this particular MB in favor of the Hannaford nearby. The produce is never great, the aisles are cramped, and the bread on the shelf is often within three days of expiration. Could be a lot better.
Wish they had a bakery. The lines are always a long wait. They don't carry the frozen dinners I like. They discontinued my vanilla/caramel ice cream cones from Hood and Friendlys. The employee was very helpful and told me he was ordering them but just wasn't receiving them. I appreciate the help but if I can, I stop at a different location.
I get a mixed bag from here. Great if you're scooping up bulkier packs of name brand dry goods but I avoid the deli, meat and poultry. I've had decent luck with produce, but normally the Market Basket savings aren't enough to get me in.
