Had a great stay at Courtyard Lowell! The service was great both at the front desk and at the Bistro. Food and drinks were decent for the little setup they have, and reasonably priced. A large patio behind the bistro near the pool was a great addition. The room seemed to have been updated in the last few years and met expectations. Overall a nice place to stay for work or pleasure!
I stay for 4 nights here. Services are good, nice staff but the rooms quality is not up to it's name. The bed mattress is very soft. I'm 5'2 52kg and i feel sinking in the bed. Breakfast is so so, got a sandwich with cheese bacon egg avocado and the avocado is very hard (not ripe). The room heating is not constant and i can feel cold air leak in from under window. My colleague got a room on 2nd floor complains she hears foot steps of room above so loud that she can't sleep. Very disappointed!
You can have your breakfast downstairs at the small cafe inside the hotel, prices are a bit expensive for the quality/quantity, but the choice is great. And they serve Starbucks coffee.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Food from the bistro was great and open till 10pm.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel (on business trip). Hotel is nice, rooms are large enough and contain everything you need. Coffee maker and fridge, additional blanket, iron and ironing board are all available in the room. The beddings were a little light though, I had to turn the heater on to 75F at night not to be cold, even under 2 blankets. WiFi is free but not secure.
Stayed two nights here recently. Hotel staff was very nice and room was clean. Nice selection of channels on TV, including movie channels. Breakfast was good but very pricey for what you get. Much easier and cheaper to visit a nearby fast food joint or restaurant for breakfast if you want to save some money.
