They let technicians inside your home for maintenance when you’re not home, they’ll call you in the middle of a working day to move your car to shovel the snow, you’ve to take a day off or rush back home as they threaten to tow your car, they’re not be flexible with the hours so you’ve no choice (they behave like they own you) The bathroom doesn't have a lock, they have a lot of hidden costs, the bathroom leaks with sand and insects, the items that you order online will go missing, they allow random suspicious door to door sales people inside the building who’ll barge in and ask to see your bills and will not go away! The walls are so thin, you can hear everything happening next door! The building's main door key and apartment door key are the same key. No Safety, No privacy!

Me and my girlfriend leased an apartment on 11 Allen st. She didn't have a car although I did. Someone ALWAYS took it upon themselves to park in our ONLY spot. We called one time @ 10PM with no answer which i knew was going to happen because they weren't open but left a message. They called back the next day after I drove around for 2-3 hours waiting for a guest parking spot to open. With work @ 6am the next morning. They asked for the plate number which we gave. They said they were going to talk to the owner of the car and tell them there car would be towed. Two days later the same car was parked in our spot. I called during Day time hours and they insisted that they already talked to this person.Which they never towed. Same car same plate. This time there was guest parking spots open so i took one. about two weeks later after getting home from work at by 4:30am and having to be into work by 3pm to work a 12 hour shift. The car was in my spot. I took it upon myself to not wait for a guest spot to open this time. Instead i parked in a walk way, at the side entrance where EVERYONE parks. Only spot open by the way. I wake up at about 1:30 PM on my way to work to find my car being towed. The tow truck driver gave me my car back for 60$ but while dropping it smashed it into a brick wall. And claimed that the dent and scratch was already there. $18,000 car by the way BRAND NEW. Due to the fact i went to college and worked hard to get the job where I'm at i ignored it to get to work on time. I called heritage when i got a chance to the next day to tell them what happened. cheryl the "property manager" told me the tow company was responsible for damages. But reminded them it was their responsibility to tell the car owner not to park in our spot. And tow it. Cheryl decided it would be best to just hang up on me. Our parking spot was perfect in the fact that i was an on call EMT- P and could quickly get in my car and go when necessary. But I could never use my parking spot so it was time to leave this unprofessional place. And on top of all this Cheryl tells me i shouldn't be coming home at 4:30 am so my guess is i should just quit my job. Also there was ALWAYS groups of teenagers hanging outside crowding my car. And other tenants cars. Before getting into my car i had to make sure to check all my tires before driving.
