It is very user friendly from the receptionist techs nurses Doctors and clinics. As well as ample parking.
Very pleasant experience with all staff members I have come in contact with at the Lowell VA OPC. Been going there for about three years now. Everyone from the receptionists, to the vitals technicians, to the lab work, pharmacy, primary care physician, mental health workers, physical therapy...they are all at the top for dealing with patients. 5 Stars.
