I was in a motorcycle accident and yes he did see me fallowing my visit to the ER. He was helpful and knew what he was doing. But soon after that it all fell apart. The front desk gave me the run around. I ask for a referral so that I can start physical therapy and the front desk would say yes and that they will call me back that afternoon or tomorrow but of course that was a lie. I would repeatedly call back for answer but get the same line over and over again. SO it took me more than 2 weeks before I could even start treatment at physical therapy. And the only reason why it was fix was due to me coming in person to get it.
I love this doctor and i tell everyone i know to go see him. Me my wife Vikki and our three children have been well taken care of for over ten years. The man knows his stuff and has great associate referrals. The man cares! The administration has had some rough patches with front desk people coming and going. But, no matter what Mrs. Yamajala has been there to right any ship of course. There are not enough stars to rate this family practice.
