The staff obviously are used to his shenanigans, because the best advice the appliance department could offer was to call him often and frequently. This assumes that they already know he's irresponsible, and continue to send business his way. That's when my wife and I decided to promptly cancel the order and get a refund. We will be looking elsewhere for a stove, and would highly recommend everyone else follow suit, unless you want to deal with a similar situation. Obviously the couple he offered expedited service would offer a more favorable review, but if you want to roll the dice, you're welcome to try this place for your next stove.
I love this store but they need a calendar I went in to pick up the replacement of my damaged hardwood long story but was going to pick up a lighted wreath today on dec 22nd and all the christmas stuff was gone they had it out since halloween but still they replaced it with racks of seeds and garden supplies it was snowing we haven't even had christmas yet they couldn't have waited a week, buy yourself a calendar you know people buy last minute christmas decoration thanks for reading my vent
The staff were courteous, but we purchased a stove and the experience was miserable. We were given an automated call from the installation department giving us a 3pm-6pm window for installation on Saturday. The plumber calls shortly after leaving a message saying he can have it in next morning in time for Easter. Once I called back, he asks if we're the couple that talked to him, and once he realizes he didn't talk to us, quickly ended the call. Not only did he not show up in the morning, but he decided to completely no show, without any call or notification, from the designated time. It really doesn't matter how polite and courteous the staff are, if at the end of the day they keep giving a plumber that no shows business. We needed the oven to heat milk and formula for our newborn, and it shouldn't matter that we weren't the couple he spoke to earlier. Even if he couldn't get it in the morning, he still should have made the designated 3pm-6pm window.
The service from the Garden Center people was fantastic. Used the fork lift to get down a pallet of topsoil.
Went to the customer service desk because I didn't see anyone by the paint area. The customer service woman was very rude (Tamara? Tawanda?). When I asked if she could get someone to help me, she just said no. Confused, I asked again "Can you call someone to the paint station?". She said she couldn't and that she (referring to a paint employee) was doing her best and would get to me eventually. I didn't see anyone helping anyone, but I wandered back towards the paint area, realizing that this customer service area was clearly mislabeled, because there was no customer service to be had. This would be a 1 star review except the woman who ended up helping me at paint area was very kind and knowledgeable
Worst customer service experience ever! Waited for an hour and a half and no one in the flooring section. Even had them paged several times and no one. Saturday afternoon not like it is some weird time. I'll go elsewhere from now on
