This place has very poor communication and management skills... very unprofessional. ..the receptionist has a rotten potty mouth. .. the state should go done there!!! A waste of tax payer dollars! !
I called and spoke to a man in intake and after TWO QUESTIONS, he must've been frustrated because he said "YOU KNOW WHAT?!" and HUNG UP ON ME!! Extremely unprofessional!! Crappy management, workers and all the rest. Shouldn't be working there if you have no skills and don't care about anything but a paycheck!
They closed my case and are making me wait to reopen it. Never saw a psychiatrist and my PCM is about to stop my ADD meds because of it.
Not only that I'm a verified mental health patient and the receptionist told me that I have to wait three months to see a psychiatrist despite the fact that I'm already on psychiatric medication and I am relying on my primary care to get mental health treatment.
Of course they waited the full 30 days to call me back and then set up an appointment for two weeks after that.
I called for an appointment and they waited two weeks to call me back to tell me that I needed to wait 30 days for a callback.
They try to be organized but the amount of release forms says otherwise. I wouldn't call it a waste of tax dollars but I wouldn't be surprised if there yanking tax breaks left and right.
I hope they don't let her go over this review. But I do hope more reputable behavioral therapy groups come forward to scoop her up from this messy place.

some one must do something about this place, is true they see who they want to see that's not right and the intake, very unprofesstional. Really something should be done I hope someone would do something if this concern any one pls help to do something
