Plenty of others have already posted the same thing I would say.
This review reflects ONLY the office side. My mother has seen Dr. Donald Miller for 25+ years. HE is fantastic. However his choice in working at this location ....I can't speak highly of that. Abysmal doesn't cover this office. It doesn't deserve one star.
Lack of Communication, Dr's not being told patients are waiting..

I've been here twice and had two bad experiences. The doctor prescribed me a daily medicine that I don't need and have not taken and I've been fine. The second time, they told me I needed to come in to "sign a document release form" I'm not kidding it took 1.5-2 hours. No one knew where the form was. Eventually I suggested we just start over, call my doctor, get a new form, and re-submitt. They followed my lead and it got done quickly. What a mess this place is. So many weird people too. This is a doctors office you should only use if it's last minute and you have no where else to go because they take walk-ins.
If my mother wasn't so freaking stuck to Dr. Miller, she'd go elsewhere.
The people who work here, for the most part, are friendly and nice. But friendly and nice doesn't cut it when they REPEATEDLY neglect to have a prescription filled. And not just a regular prescription. Something you can suffer withdrawals from. They HAVE caused my mother to go through withdrawals multiple times.
Horrible, make my newborn waited for more than 3 hours to see his doctor and we were on time. And that is only one thing. There's so much to complaint. Just have 2 surgery cause of stomach pain and they said it was nothing. Could have prevented it
My PCP was a Nurse Practitioner, and I sent her an immunization form to fill out that was required for my workplace. It’s been more than a year that has not been done yet. Once I went just to inquire about the status of the mentioned immunization paper, I had to wait and leave after two hours in spite of reminders given by the staff of the fifth floor. They wanted to see me for almost no reason for reaping off Medicare money. Ms. LaShaun Shaw, department manager was reported having no remedy at all. I had to leave the medical facility and the PCP because of lack of my confidence and their callousness. I’m glad I got rid of Lowell Community Health Center.
This in unacceptable and it's been going on for YEARS. It doesn't seem like anyone has even tried to clean this office up and I can't even FATHOM how this place is still allowed to be a location where people go to for their health care.
