Used this company a little over a month ago for a local move. Out of three companies I had give us quotes they were the most professional, timely, and fair priced. They were also upfront to quote on the high end and encouraged they would not take their time as they charge on an hourly basis.
The best moving experience we have ever had. We had a complicated move and had two different moving crews. Each handled themselves like pros. They came in under the quote (Which I have never experienced before). The Crew never stopped moving and did not break anything. We have moved (17) times over the last 27 - years and this is the first time we don't regret who we chose as our Mover. I can't say enough positive things about them.
This is the way to run a small business! (And yes Troy encouraged verifying BBB ratings to me as well, but honestly good for them. I don't use that site often myself, but when you're a small business owner these are the things you rely on to keep it not just running but growing!)
Well they didn't disappoint. The 4-man crew was right on time. All were very professional and polite. They asked questions about specifics to what I wanted moved and where I wanted things placed. They were strategic in how they loaded their truck to not damage any of my things, and they took proper precautions with blankets and foam wrap on fragile items. The crew was fast but not rushing and I felt they went above and beyond. The owner personally stayed it touch right up to the move day and checked in with me on satisfaction 3 days later.
I moved about 45 minutes away from my home on the North Shore. Three guys came to load up a 2 bed room condo. They were right on time in the morning. Very easy to work with, friendly, personable and flexible as I finished my packing. Their pricing was within the high end of their quote range. I blame my own unfinished packing for this. Troys were recommended to me by co-workers. I know a handful of people who have used them in the areas north of Boston. We will continue to recommend them. Professionals in every sense of the word.
As we all know, moving is a very stressful and painstaking process. The gentlemen that moved me were extremely efficient and conscientious. The move went smoother than I anticipated and finished an hour ahead of schedule. I was pleasantly pleased.
