I went to the one in Cambridge galleria and the food was awesome, the beers were a nice combination, the service was great. Perhaps the one in lowell closed and got rid of the people because from what I been reading everyone is complaining about the service. Sometimes you have to start out fresh and new and it will be better, the one I. Lowell will reopen and it will be amazingly awesome.

The meat in the burger had a good texture/consistency, but a little lacking in taste (just a little)

The service was okay, the waiter rarely came back to the table to refill drinks, and when he did he brought me a cup of water with no ice

Overall: 8/12

Very good beer and quilt food. Beerworks number 4 is a great example of the local chain. It usually has parking on the street and there is a parking garage nearby. A bit smaller than other locations it is still a good size and has outside seating. Friendly people, good beer and food as always. I like coming here because I know what I will get. They never disappoint.

The American cheese was more like a hardened white spread than a floppy yellow square, and had minimal taste

Went to Beerworks after an event in the area on a Saturday evening. They were understaffed and overwhelmed. My friends and I had to share a communal table with people we didn't know, which wasn't our first choice, but we took it given that we were very hungry. Everyone places orders at the same time and ours took more than 45 mins to arrive. The food was ordinary and I left disappointed.

The French fries were good, but were basic and tasted like they had only salt (not necessarily a bad thing, I ordered regular fries)

Do not go here or any beer works. The managers steal tips and they fire great staff. They steal tips from waiters and they close all jobs and have their employees re apply for their job

The bun was quite thick, but very good
